Another unique activity in Harbin is to visit the Siberian Tiger Park, where you drive around in a bus and the tigers come and look at you. Available for purchase are live chickens, ducks, sheep and cattle which you watch get fed to the 800 pound tigers outside your window while safely in your bus. Sounds inhumane but somehow everyone liked it.

The Siberian Tiger is the largest living cat in the world. The name 'Siberian' is actually incorrect because these tigers do not live in Siberia but the Russian Far East and a few are found across the border in northern China and Korea. |
